Lori Buss Stillman
VP, Research, NACS
Lori Buss Stillman is the Vice President, Research for NACS. Joining NACS in 2000, Lori leads the association’s industry-leading research portfolio, which includes the NACS State of the Industry suite of products and events, the Convenience Tracking Program (CTP) that provides moment-of-truth insights into shopping behavior, monthly data insights from the CSX database and other research and insights programs critical to the convenience and fuel retail industry.
Stillman has a deep background in data analytics, decision support, business development and consulting. Most recently, she served as executive vice president of analytics, insights and business intelligence for Advantage Solutions. She also has served as senior vice president of new client acquisition for Information Resources Inc., vice president of marketing and business development for WEBCO General Partnership, and senior vice president of strategic business development for Nielsen.
Stillman earned a B.A. in business communications from Maryville University. She is active in the advancement of our industry, holding board level positions with the NACS/Coca-Cola Retailing Research Council, Conexxus and with the Western Michigan University Food and CPG Marketing Program Industry Advisory Board. She is also a frequent speaker on the disruption taking place across the retail landscape.
Lori makes her home in Northern Virginia, with her husband and daughter.
Jen Johnson
Director of Business Development, THRIVR
Jennifer (Jen) Johnson is the NACS Director of Business Development – Localized Marketing Solutions and leads the sales and development of THRIVR, NACS new localized marketing platform powered by SOCi.
Jen joined NACS in early 2023 from NCR Corporation, where she most recently served as the Channel Sales Specialist, with responsibility for growing the convenience and fuel channel. Her background and experience is in developing and deploying solutions to industry retailers, wholesalers and major oil; leading marketing and sales enablement programs. She brings a deep understanding of technology and the role digital transformation is playing in the convenience and fuel retail landscape.Her 20+ year career with NCR spanned roles across telecom and technology, hospitality, and global sales and operations.
A graduate of Indiana University, Jen holds a BA in Computer Information Systems. She resides in Austin, TX.
Marlon Oram Mansour
President, Neighborhood Market Association
Marlon Oram Mansour is the President and CEO of the Neighborhood Market Association.
Prior to joining the NMA, he worked as a Deputy City Attorney at the San Diego City Attorney’s Office, criminally prosecuting Domestic Violence, Sex Crimes, and DUI cases. At the University of San Diego School of Law, Marlon was both a Moot Court Executive Board Member and the Managing Editor of the 10th Edition of the San Diego Journal of Climate and Energy Law. Marlon received the 2019 Alex L. Cory Scholarship for his commitment to community and public service.
The NMA has held a special place in Marlon’s heart since he was a child. Marlon’s late father, Muayad Oram, was a key figure and architect in the founding and success of the NMA. Marlon studied Political Science at San Diego State University and was politically active in his community, helping canvass and get out the vote in the 2016 primary election. At the age of 15, Marlon started work at a variety of jobs, including working at 2 family owned liquor stores and working in a hotel, to help support his family. Through undergrad, Marlon rose to become the Assistant General Manager at the hotel at the age of 20 before pursuing a legal career.
